OPERATION AND PURGING TECHNOLOGY

Our WeldPure purging system has been specifically designed to ensure optimal and uniform purging of the welding zone. Depending on the plug size, it features an off-center gas inlet and outlet – a unique solution on the market – allowing for progressive and directional diffusion of the inert gas inside the pipe. This distinctive design promotes efficient oxygen displacement, prevents the formation of stagnant air pockets, and ensures a perfectly inert atmosphere at the weld joint. The gas is distributed in a controlled manner through the integrated diffuser, providing a stable and consistent flow for reliable, repeatable welding quality.
The result: faster, more reliable purging and welds of impeccable quality, even for the most demanding applications.

The WeldPure purge plug system can be purchased individually or in kit form for a range of pipe diameters.
